Lisa Wells, Manager. Lisa is responsible for the smooth running of the home and ensuring the needs and Welfare of both the residents and staff are met on a day-to-day basis. Lisa is supported by a management team which incorporates a Clinical Lead and Operational Manager.
Alison Taylor, Operations Manager.
Gladys, Head of Pawsitivity. The operational managers dog ‘Gladys’ joined the home as a puppy, she is a popular and important member of the team with both residents, staff, and visitors.
Registered Nurse. Bymead has a Registered Nurse on duty twenty-four hours a day to provide skilled and proactive nursing care.
